The stay was quite comfortable. We encountered no major issues during our 3 night stay. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The matttress and pillows were just to our satisfaction. We also experienced the buffet breakfast once during our stay here. It was an excellent spread with a wide varioety of items across continental and Indian cuisines, along with a live counter. The buffet breakfast is highly recommended.

But the best thing is definitely department with sweets from pastry chef (mango phirni, cakes and desserts). And service is very kind and professional (at reception Jadey and Rachel, and in the restaurant Ashtonsh). Recommendations

I booked smoking room without realising it and the room was extremely smelly. I requested the manager to change the room or clean the room once again by using room freshener. Manager changed the room immediately and i appreciate their quick action even though it was busy day.

Short distances to the Rapid Rail, the Thiruvalluvar Nagar Beach and Besant Nagar beach was a bonus. Good city view. Quality and spread of the break fast was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally good in all aspects. Room was very good and sufficient.
